1.) I am concerned about ordering online, how safe is your site?

2.) My Credit Card was Declined, but it still got Charged?
If the transaction has been denied, your credit card or debit card will not be debited, however your bank (not our bank or our credit card processor) may have set funds aside during the authorization request. Banks will release an authorization between 3 and 30 business days or upon debit of your credit card or debit card.
Banks set their own policies and hmbleathers.com has no control over how long your bank may hold your funds.This apparently happens more often with ATM / Debit Cards. The funds are then released again after a few days, when the bank realises that actually no charge was placed although it was denied.
Our apologies for this inconvenience but absolutely nothing we can do to prevent it. Consumers who feel their funds are being held too long should contact the bank that issued their card. The phone number is generally located on the back of the card.
3.)My Card is declined. Do you know why?
There are several reasons why a credit card can be declined, including incorrect credit card number, expiration date, security code (the last three digits on the back of your card where you sign your name or the four digit code on the front for American Express), billing information, insufficient funds or daily spending limit.
If you believe that your card was declined due to insufficient funds, but now have those funds available, you may try it again to charge your credit card. For many credit cards (especially ATM /debit cards) even if the card is declined your bank may hold the amount and release only after few days or up to a month, so please make sure you have all the right information before attempting again.
If you are not sure why the card was declined you can contact us to find out the problem and we might be able to find the reason. If we cannot find the reason, or, after correcting, if your card is still declined, please contact your credit card company for more information.
4.)How do I check if my PayPal payment has gone through or not?
The easiest way to find out if a payment has been sent by PayPal is to log into your PayPal.com account and click on the History tab. The History section will show you all the payments you have successfully sent.
5.) Can I send you direct Paypal Payment?
Sorry, we have disabled this feature in Paypal to avoid confusion in payment and order proccessing. You can pay by Paypal only by doing our checkout.
6.) Do you have a catalog?
Currently, we have a online catalog. All the products we carry are listed online.
7.What kind of leather is this?
All our items are made of top quality leather. We do not sell the patch leather (or Italian stone design as they call it) you see on Ebay for low prices which are cheap and not durable. Our leather is finely tanned, soft, strong and durable.
8.) What is naked leather?
Naked Leather is leather that has been dyed, with no other finishes applied. Products made with Naked Leather are more expensive, because they use a higher grade of leather with few blemishes
9.) How can I adjust the length of my leather pants/Chaps?
All pants and chaps are un-hemmed so you can cut the bottom to fit. Leather has no threads to fray, no hems to make. Simply mark and cut with scissors. All our pants and chaps are designed in such a way that when cut to adjust length it retains the look and fit without removing the studs and other decoration. Please note that once you alter the product, we do not exchange or refund.
10.) If I send the payment today, how fast can you ship? How many days does it take for me to get the item/s?
We ship most orders received before 3PM the same day. We ship Monday thru Friday - our shipping department is closed over the weekends and on holidays. Generally you can expect to receive the merchandise from 7 to 10 business days depending on your location.
11.) Do you charge sales tax?
OHIO, USA Residents will be charged 7.5% Sales Tax for the total amount of purchase including S&H at the time of Checkout. International residents may have to pay Duty/Taxes at the time of delivery depending upon Customs regulations of your country.
12.) What are the Shipping Charges for USA and other Countries?
Shipping charges are actual POST Office (Emirates Post) shipping charges, depends upon weight of the Item, will be calculated by the weight.
We ship International orders by Emirates Post AIR MAIL, We are not responsible for any duties or surcharges imposed by the Canadian/International government during the process of purchasing, returning, or exchanging.
I need some help in figuring out the size I need?
The measurements given below are approximate. As with all manufactured goods there is some variance with different manufacturers and styles. We are not responsible if you order the wrong size. We charge for reshipping on exchanges.
Gloves:
Measure your hand with a tape measure around the knuckles of your hand.
XS=19cm, S=22cm, M=24cm, L=27cm, XL=29cm, XXL=32cm, XXXL=35cm.
HATS:
Measure your head at the place where the headband will rest. If your size falls between size, order the next larger size.
S=53/54/55cm, M=56/57cm, L=58/59cm, XL=60/61/62/63cm.
